The building was experiencing water infiltration across multiple floors due to a poorly drained curtain wall system.  Using a minimally disruptive intervention, we cleaned and modified the existing system to better manage water.

The building had 50 patio doors with air leaks, worn weatherstripping and operating challenges.  The approach included replacing worn wheels, renewing weatherstripping,  adjusting panels, restoring locks and handles, and adding dust plugs.
